This rustic apartment is located in the nearby property called Casetto, at an elevated position with respect to Settimano, about 500 meters away (reachable via a local road or thru a footpath in our walnut forest). It offers tranquility and privacy, lovely view, a lovely bbq/gazebo (not shared with other guests!) overlooking the valley and the town of Modigliana. Guests can of course benefit of all facilities of Settimano (swimming pool, etc.).

Price per night per apartment:

Low season (14 Jun. - 13 Sep.): € 160 for 4 guests (€ 180 for 5 guests, € 200 for 6 guests) + € 50 final cleaning.

High season (28 Jun. - 30 Aug.): € 200 for 4 guests (€ 220 for 5 guests, € 240 for 6 guests) + € 50 final cleaning.
